Once selected, you determine when you want the app to remind you of the wisdom you wish to focus on in a given day. This could be once a day or multiple times each hour. You will then be reminded of this wisdom by means of a notification message on your device... regardless of what you may be doing with your device at that time. This provides a powerful tool for really "getting" the wisdom you wish to learn.
The app also offers the option to create custom messages you write in your own words. Sometimes we know what we need to work on, but just need a way to remind ourselves of it throughout the day.
The free version allows for three (3) "sends" each day and access to 30 days of continually-updated messages. The $1.99 upgrade has no restrictions.
